Linda is Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in taxation, accounting and consulting. Linda began her career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand where she worked in both the audit and tax practices serving emerging business companies. In 1990, Linda founded the firm of Hamilton & Scarpati, where she oversaw the firm's growth from a single partner firm to a four partner, 12-person firm with a sizeable practice. She has worked extensively with small and mid-sized businesses including global companies in financial services, retail, and telecommunications.
Linda founded Hamilton CPAs in 2004 after the dissolution of Hamilton & Scarpati. Linda continues to serve global companies, nonprofit entities and high net worth individuals. She works with her clients on federal, state and local tax matters including sales tax, payroll tax, and worker classification issues as well as international tax issues.
Linda has been quoted in major periodicals including the Wall Street Journal and is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics, including tax planning, managing and growing a business, and design and implementation of accounting software systems tailored to fit a client's unique needs.
A firm believer in giving back to the community, Linda served as the taxation facilitator during a White House conference on Small Businesses and assisted the New York small business community in making recommendations of key tax issues affecting them. She made a presentation for the Governor's Office on real estate investing and taxation before The New York State Womens Advisory and the New York City Advisory Council. Linda serves on the Financial Literacy Committee of the Financial Womens Association of NY (FWA) and teaches FWA's class about understanding taxes for low-income women and families. She also serves as treasurer of the Parent's Association at the Unitarian Church of All Souls where she has been a volunteer preschool teacher on Sundays for fourteen years.
Linda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Financial Womens Association of New York, Inc. and the Women Presidents Organization. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Financial Womens Association of New York since 1991. Linda is a summa cum laude graduate of The City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for business schools.
Yen Hung Au-Yeung, CPA

Yen has diverse experience in taxation and is responsible for working with some of our largest corporate clients. She works with our US and foreign clients in real estate, financial services, and retail sales and distribution. Yen also provides individual tax services, payroll and write-up services.
Yen is a graduate of Baruch College, City University of New York. She joined Hamilton CPAs in 2005. Yen is proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Alana McNichol, Enrolled Agent
Alana, a graduate of New York University, joined us in 2006. She provides individual tax services, client bookkeeping, and QuickBooks or MYOB accounting software training for both MAC and PC users. Alana specializes in working with small businesses in the creative and entertainment industries.
